Foundation Makeup Umber is water-base Make-up provides light to medium coverage in cool or warm tones. Colors can be mixed together to be customized. Made without FD&C colors. Paul Penders natural pigments are more expensive and require a high level of craftsmanship, resulting in colors that harmonize beautifully with the natural color tones of skin, hair and eyes. By using iron oxide pigments, these products are exempt from animal testing, making them the preferred choice for ethically conscious consumers.
