Mascara contains no chemical fillers, strong emulsifiers, tars, shellac or drying alcohols that are so common in other mascaras. This formula has become a delight to many women, especially those with sensitive skin around the eyes. Eyelashes are conditioned and undamaged. Made without FD&C colors. Paul Penders natural pigments are more expensive and require a high level of craftsmanship, resulting in colors that harmonize beautifully with the natural color tones of skin, hair and eyes.
