Genista is a unique combination of soy protein and isoflavones to be used as an adjunct to a low cholesterol diet to lower cholesterol and assist in normalizing blood lipids, thereby promoting cardiovascular wellness.
Genista contains no fat, no cholesterol and has an amino acid profile that is equally as nutritious as animal protein, but with more health-giving benefits. Adding soy protein to a diet high in fiber and low in saturated fat/ animal protein can lower blood cholesterol.
