Nursing mothers can take the adult dosage and pass the effects on to the child through her breast milk. According to estimates by La Leche League, herbs will enter a mothers bloodstream within minutes, with peak effect in approximately 4 hours. The herbs will remain in the breast milk for approximately 48 hours. Alcohol free herbal extract in a glycerine base. Alcohol is not used in the extraction process.
