Causes
The luteal phase is the time period during which the endometrium layer is build up. This building up of endometrium layer is due to the secretion of some hormones which are mixed up in the blood to regulate the procedure. So the hormones seem to have a major role in the PMS. These hormones are the main responsible factors in producing the change in the body and mood of the women before the menstruation. Neurotransmitters are included in this reign as well as hormones. - Eat more proteins than sodium and sugar of all kinds.

Treatment
