Introduction
Sangre de Grado is a tall tree, Sangre de grado grows to heights of approximately 65 feet. Sangre de Grado is a common tree found throughout South America growing most prevalently in Peru. The tree thrives in elevations of 6,500 feet above sea level.For centuries the resin from this tree has been used by Peruvian Indians in the treatment of cuts, burns, bug bites, and infections because of its various medicinal properties. also used it for external problems.it has been used equally as a broad painkiller, specifically with toothaches as well as in promoting good health in the digestive tract.

Historical Uses
For external use, the resin/sap is rubbed directly on the affected area several times daily and allowed to dry. it will temporarily stain the skin a reddish-brown but it will permanently stain clothing. For internal use, the traditional remedy is 10–30 drops in a small amount of liquid, taken 1–3 times daily.

Medical Application and Importance
Sangre de Grado is effective in promoting external as well as internal health. Several different compounds and alkaloids as well as proanthocyanadins have been identified which have antiviral and antioxidant properties that make it useful in maintaining a normal balance of health and wholeness. Due to its effective cicatrizing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, vulnerary, and antiviral properties, many have found Sangre de Grado useful in promoting the health of both internal and external body systems.

Keep closed, in a dry place, and out of the reach of children. Pregnant and breast-feeding women and women who might be pregnant should avoid using this product.

Dosage
Take 1 – 3 capsules(if in Capsule form) daily as a dietary supplement (250 mg each). 100 tablets.
