What is Hesperidin ?
Hesperidin is a bioflavonoid that is vital in helping increase the strength of the blood vessels and regulating their permeability. This bioflavnoid protects vitamin C from being destroyed by oxidation and allows the body to properly absorb and use vitamin C. This bioflavonoid also assists vitamin C in keeping collagen in healthy condition. Wrinkling and sagging skin is caused by a breakdown of collagen. Heperidin is a water-soluble nutrient found in high concentrations in citrus fruits and leafy green vegetables.

Hesperidin Uses & Scientific Evidence For
Having adequate amounts of Hesperidin in the body can help prevent hypertension, hemorrhages and ruptures in the capillaries and connective tissues. It also helps build a protective barrier against infections. It is thought that Hesperidin is effective in reducing hay fever and other allergies by inhibiting the release of histamine.
