Basic hygiene
First thing which you need to keep in mind is to have clean surroundings. If your surroundings are clean and tidy then there are fewer chances of germs and viruses to be around you. Exercise does not only keeps us physically fit but also boosts our immune system increasing strength against the possible germs attack.
