Introduction
Coming back to home after a tiring day. Now you don’t feel like going anywhere or talking to any family member. Even you are not willing to receive any phone calls, some times the phone calls of your loved ones. Feeling annoyed over nothing and feeling depressed and tensed? Are you experiencing these symptoms then you may need to consult your doctor about it.
How commonly you heard of depression and tension or how frequently you under go the condition yourself? Being straight forward, we never notice ourselves. Sometimes the depression gets so intense that we don’t even find any charm in living anymore and some people commit suicide or at least attempt suicide. This feeling is persisting and does not leave the persons thoughts throughout the time. It results because of a chemical unbalance in mind. The fluids and hormones which are produced to maintain the brain activities are disturbed, resulting in mental illness. Feeling of unhappiness is experienced by every one of us but if that persists and does not have any reason then this needs to be noticed. Depression is commonly known as blues.
Depression and stress are now becoming common and a part of our fast moving life, where we have no time for ourselves. We neglect our mental desires and needs and in doing so we may be stressing others. The causes of depression are complex and still not known perfectly. But general causes include environmental effects like too much pollution and remaining in gloomy environment. It can be a result of some failure. It can be a result of being jobless for a long time. Financial problems can be the most common cause of depression. Over burden can also be a cause of depression. Biological and psychological factors are all included in causes of depression. Anyone at any age can be a victim of depression but most commonly the victims are women. Why women? Idleness is one of the major factors. Women are more likely to develop depression than men because the women mostly remain at home and do their household works which does not include any mental activity. When a person’s brain works below its normal level, the result would be depression and the women may start feeling dull and they will not find themselves useful.
Anyone whose mental resistance is weak can be a depression patient. As the life is progressing, the demands of more technological and advanced life are increasing and challenging.
People living in poor conditions and deprived life can become depressed easily or they may build such resistance against it that they can become a hard rock.
The depressive disorder can be characterized by its symptom and duration of its persistence. Some times there is no need of any medication and the patient will recover himself. But in case of chronic depression the person may not recover and needs a proper and regular treatment. There are several techniques to cure depression and stress. The best way to avoid depression and stress is taking out time for yourself so you may never feel that you have lost some things during the previous years. Utilize your time and your skills so that you can achieve something in life and does not feel useless anymore. Women should try to remain content because they are the governors of their domain and if the administration is disturbed the whole system will collapse. Being a woman you should recognize your duties and think that with out you can your family survive? Obviously not, so why feel depressed? Why feel that you are useless. Try to indulge your self in mental activities to keep the false thoughts away. Another reason why women suffer more from depression and tension is that they are sensitive. Yes it is god gifted that women are more sensitive than men and they feel things in more depth than men.
Research has proven some good and some bad effects of diet regarding depression and stress. People who use fresh vegetables and fruits in their diet are less likely to fall a victim of stres
