What would we do without our five senses? Nothing at all, yes we could do nothing without the help and collaboration of the five senses which include sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. Out of these which are the most important? Well most of you will answer eyes. Yes eyes are very important part of our face and one of the most important senses of our body. Eyes enable us to see and enjoy the beauty of divine creations. Think what would we do without eyes? Oh... even the thought is painful. Eyes are considered to be the nature’s best gift which we have. What happens when we close our eyes? If you are a good observer you must have noticed that after closing our eyes the second sense which starts working accurately is the sense of hearing. When we close our eyes hearing becomes more clear and prominent. Here we are discussing the eyes and the ears which are the most powerful senses of our body. As these two sense organs are important in internal functions they also have always been important in the beauty. Eyes and ears are always decorated by women of all ages. The antiques of ancient times have proven that even in those times the women were fond of cosmetics and jewelry.
Nowadays the eyes are the first where the make up starts. To enhance the shape and size of the eyes, women can use eyeliners, eye shadows and mascara. But while using these cosmetics you should keep in mind that these should be good quality products because eyes are very sensitive and they need proper care. You can use a variety of eye care creams and lotions to relax and sooth your eyes after a tiring day.
If you are really concerned about your eyes, the following points can be proven good for you:
- If any particle enters the eye; wash the eye thoroughly.
- Wear protective glasses while going out for example: sunglasses etc.
- Whenever you notice redness or irritation in your eyes, go to the doctor immediately.
- People who wear contact lenses should try to keep the lenses as well as eyes disinfected by proper cleansing.
- Most of all proper sleep is very necessary for the health of eyes.
- Avoid working on computer or watching T.V. continuously for hours.
- Avoid reading in intense as well as in dim light; there should be proper light and the direction of the light should not be against the face.
Ears are not only the sense organs but also are a part of human beauty. Think what would we look like if we do not have ears? Obviously we will resemble aliens. Especially for women ears are some thing a part of their beauty as they can wear ear rings to enhance their face beauty. Ear care means proper cleansing and they should be disinfectioned. Ears should be kept clean because little negligence for ear bacteria and germs can produce severe effects and can even cause deafness. The ears should be kept thoroughly clean from inside and outside. Usually the ear infection problems arise when some of the water gets into the ear by mistake. It will always not cause infections as sometimes the water can find its way to the throat. In most of the cases, we never notice of the problem in initial stages but when it becomes bothersome, we go after the doctors. So isn’t it better to take care of ears yourself without falling into any hassle. Yes you can take care of your ears as well as other parts of the body if you just give proper time to yourself. If ever you encounter the problem of the ear problem you must try to dry your ear first if that doesn’t work and the pain is the constant then consult your doctor and see that there is no infection behind the pain. Ears need proper attention and there should be some precautions which should be kept under consideration:
- When you go to buy ear rings opt for those which are light weight and less dense. Wearing heavy earrings can result in pain in the ear hole or enlargement of the ear hole.
- Try to take off your earrings before going to bed at night.
