Urethritis is a condition caused by certain bacteria that are caught from the mouth of a partner’s rectum. This may result in a discharge followed by severe pain in the process of urination. Try to maintain a good water intake.
All the women who are experiencing the intercourse-related urinary tract infection must urinate after having an intercourse.
Both the partners should take good care of the hygiene practices.

Treatment

Antibiotics could be accompanied by the analgesics and urinary-tract specific analgesics. Patients should be advised to keep themselves away from the intercourse and it is better to use condoms. Partners should be equally treated.
